My first post and some exciting news!!

Well here is the first in what hopefully will be many postings to keep our family up to date on the happenings of the Arden and Darcy Mecham family.
This post is to talk about a training meeting I just got back from. They announced my new pay plan and it was some very exciting news. I will still be getting the same base salary, as far as I can tell, but my commission possibilities just went way up. I have been getting $1500 per month with another $1000 quarterly bonus and with the change to my new position as an Advertising Specialist I was guaranteed $2000 per month. The announced changes allow for $3800 of non-sales related commissions PLUS commissions for generating additional revenue!!!! So if I make the maximum for the non-sales commissions I can make up to $45,600 per year along with my base salary of a little over $30,000!!!!! Needless to say, I am a bit excited about the prospects for the next year. I think we may be able to make some headway on our debt and THAT is REALLY exciting!!!!!
